Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included inside.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund.
